I am running a bit of an over complicated system.

32GB Corsair RAM
I am running 5 monitors with 3 on the main GPU in Nvidia Surround, and 2 on the GT720 as auxiliary monitors.
I want to upgrade the GT720 to a GTX1660 Super so that I can run the latest drivers on both cards (The driver issue is the reason I want to upgrade the second card.) The problem is that I cant get the PCIE slot to run the newer card - I end up with a QR code 62 and no POST at all.
I have tried in both the second and third PCIE slots. I have tried taking out the SSD in the top SSD slot. I have run out of ideas.
