For systems running CSME Consumer LP A v16.0

Good for you, now read up what the LP A part means.

I know what lp a is. The purpose is to see if there's any other sub firmwares that are newer than in the OP

Your very posts clearly show you do not know what LP A stands for.
No, there are not any newer sub firmwares.

Have you extracted the relevant firmwares from either of those I linked to see if they are newer?

Since the build date on those are newer by several months I would not be surprised to see something newer.

I am no stranger to building newer CSME with updated IUPs on older platforms(mainly z490 and earlier). It's not rocket science as meanalyzer, FIT, csme tools make it relatively simple.
Don't believe me? Check my post history on winraid. I've posted many times in that thread for several platforms.

I don't have time to do that anymore which is why i posted the links in-case the OP is stitching newer firmwares together.

Now unless Z690 has changed how everything works, which I highly doubt, there are cross compatible IUPs regardless of the platform type, consumer/corporate etc. Of course if that's untrue now then my links won't be of any use.

Lastly, are your posts always pointless with conceited remarks? I suggest keeping them to yourself as they are neither helpful or wanted.
Try to be more constructive next time.

All your experience has not taught you that those firmwares are incompatible between LP and H variants, even the subfirmwares are incompatible.
As for them being newer, the simple logic as looking at the version number would have clarified it for you even before posting.

Thanks!

The installer says 16.0.15.1624 not 1620?

The ME detection tool however still says 1620.

Hi,

You look in the wrong place :

Intel (R) Firmware Update Utility Version = Intel ME flash tool version.
FW Version = Intel ME firmware current version (this is where you have to look).

The Intel ME main firmware has not been updated with the latest firmware package posted, only the sub firmwares (PMC & PHY N) have been updated.
