DDR5 7200 CPU-Z reporting question

I was playing around with OC my G.Skill DDR5 7200Mhz. By lose CAS from 34 to 36, i was able to pass mem86 to 7600Mhz.

However, in CPU-Z, SPD tab, Max bandwidth is reporting something weird: DDR5-7200 (3600 Mhz).
Memory section, DRAM Frequence: 3800 Mhz. Channel: 4 x 32 bit
Membory Controller Freq: 1900 Mhz.

Why does CPU-Z reporting memory Frequency half of the 7600Mhz. Is it because channel + 4 x 32 bit?

Your memory is not 7200/7600 MHz. It is 7200/7600 MT/s. It's Double Data Rate, there are 2 transfers per clock.
