Problems with GPU on Edius NLE software. Help me please!

Hi, I do video editing with Grass Valley Edius 9.
I have Windows 10 and my Hardware configuration is this:
CPU: Intel i9 7940X
MOTHERBOARD: Asus PRIME X299-DELUXE
VIDEOCARD: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080Ti
SSD Drives:
(C) 512GB Samsung 960 EVO PCIe M.2 NVMe (for Windows 10)
(D) 2TB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 2TB SATA III 6Gbit / s interface

On the Edius timeline I always have 4K (UHD) clips. After finishing video editing and exporting to H.265 (HEVC), I am noticing that Edius 9 takes too long.
In fact, for a 28-minute project it takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
So I went to check the Task Manager and saw a bad thing. In fact, I noticed that the GPU works very little and badly.
It should work at 70% -80%, but not 13% -14% .
I don't know if I have to configure anything on my Hardware system or in the BIOS.
I attach 2 pics.: 1) You can see I use GPU to export from Edius 9 timeline. 2) You can see my Task Manager
I am not very experienced and I hope someone can help me.
Many thanks with all my heart.

Might be worth you trying the Nvidia Studio drivers, they are designed for creative purposes.
