Im will buy a new MOBO (PRIME Z370-A or ROG STRIX Z370-E) + Memory + Processor...

The question is, how to update a MOBO BIOS to 9th gen without a 8th gen processor in Brazil? -.-

Why not buy directly a PRIME Z390-A or a ROG Strix Z390-E/F Gaming ?
