470-F random crashing problems

Below is complete System Information

Up until yesterday, everything was fine. PC had been running great for a long time. No previous indications of any developing problem.

Then suddenly I heard a noise like a Brrrrrrrup (noise) and the PC froze.
I shut it down, took it outside and used compressed air to blow out any dust.

Now I can at least restart the system but occasionally and periodically, it freezes and I have to press the power button to shut it down.
I have backed up EVERYTHING just in case.

Now, I can get the system restarted and I can work normally for a while, then it freezes again.
I looked at the event logs and saw nothing that looked suspicious or indicated a potential problem that could cause this.
I looked over the SMART information and saw nothing abnormal.
All the fans seem to be working (Graphics card, CPU)
I checked the Ryzen 7 2700 running temp and the peak was 58C
Better post now before another freeze happens.....(Sure enough....it froze just after I saved and now I am back in...for now)

I'm suspecting the PSU but it's a decent one...nonetheless...it could be that.
I'll open up the PSU next and look for suspicious swollen Caps and check a few diodes and Mosfets.

My greatest fear here is a MoBo issue.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Was hoping to get some opinions on this.

I've begun replacing components and I replaced the PSU earlier with a Thermaltake 600 Watt unit and so far so good.

If it does freeze again I plan to run a full diagnostic on my DRAM memory. If that passes, the next focal point would be the GPU, which I'm shaking in my boots over because I see the GPU I have is now priced over $500

Nope.....

Froze up again after about 7 hours.

I would say that rules out the power supply.

I have replaced the GPU (GeForce GTX 1060 6GB) with a Nvidia Quadro 580FX just to see if the problem goes away.

Will know in a few days.

With the lack of high end video cards available today, I will have to find the issue with this one and repair it. That's going to tax my electronics skills considerably.

Removed the original GPU (GeForce GTX 1060) and installed a different GPU.

Did the exact same thing shortly after and ongoing.

I "think" I can now rule out the GPU and the PSU.
The SSD drive shows no errors or faults so I don't think it's the SSD.
That leaves basically the ROG Strix B470F mother board and the Ryzen 7 2700 CPU. (And the RAM)

Unless there's some odd way the OS could be causing this?

About to run Memtest on the RAM.

SSD drive Health Status is good. No issues

I think I've ruled out everything but the ROG Strix Motherboard.

But the Q-LED lights indicate no problem.

This is Effed up when you have a problem like this....but nothing is wrong (or at least discoverable) and you aren't getting ANY help.
