Slow Download and Packet loss in CSGO

I recently bought an ASUS AX4200 and I have packet loss and slow download, why?
i have latest drivers and firmware  for router.

Is it the only device connected to the router?  Have you tried connecting via ethernet and trying again?  (I would say normal if there are other devices sharing the bandwidth/downloading at the same time...)

no others device was connected and i have old Tp-link ax50 and i do not have paket loss.
