I have a single IoT 2.4 GHz "guest network" setup. Even though I've splattered ASUS all over the house the signal is poor to our IoTs just outside the house. I specifically placed a RP-AX58 on the inside (of the house) outlet of outer wall as close to a WiFi Deltran Battery Tender, and an RP-AX56 similarly just inside of a WiFi Rheem water heater. I have had difficulty connecting the Rheem water heater unit in the past, and don't really want to screw things up, but currently the setting is WPA2-Personal. Is there any negative side effects of choosing WPA2/WPA3-Personal instead? Thanks in advance!

Changed over to WPA2/WPA3 Personal and adjusted the guest network name. Added the two IoTs without a hitch. Must have been a software issue….
