Hey all,
Was curious if anyone else has dealt with an ASUS lemon product? Was there a good solution or a point of contact that was helpful for you? I purchased an ASUS G14 (GA402XV) and have had to send it back to ASUS twice in less than a year of ownership. The computer randomly crashes and deletes everything beyond the point of recovery and it won't let me restore anything. ASUS's solution both times was to reinstall windows which I could've done both times myself and saved shipping costs and downtime as I use this computer for work. It's also not a permanent solution/fix. I just got my laptop back at the beginning of October following the 2nd
repair" and it just crashed on me for the 3rd time...
I appreciate any insight/help. Love the computer when it's working but I can't work with something that's clearly got issues.
