Hi, i only used this laptop for about a week without issues, then it started, my headphone started making crackling sounds when plugged in only to the 3.5mm port, sounds are unrecognizable since then I've been using it in Bluetooth mode and its working fine, but i really miss not having to recharge my headphones to listen to audio on this expensive laptop, I've tried all solutions i found so far none worked for me 😞 .
