I recently bought the ASUS ROG Strix G16 2024. The stutter and lag on it is crazy bad to the point where even typing this out is frustrating me. When I called ASUS support they told me to go to the repair center where the staff is clearly inexperienced, they don't even understand what FPS lag means, and told me to just return the item via making a claim in court since it's been more than a week to do the exchange. I've been there multiple times already without any help. I have sent out an e-mail, if this time my issue is not resolved I will be taking legal action, which I was going to do last week but due to the Eid Holidays in the UAE they were closed, I'm giving Asus one last chance to respond and fix this issue.
