how to turn wishpermode 2.0 off?

I'm currently using asus tuf f15 fx506hc.
when I plug in, I get 60 fps even though Ips limit to unlimited. after some searching in searching in Nvidia control panel and saw Wishper mode 2.0, but I don't see any option to turn it off. Does anyone know how to turn it off?
but the thing is when is im not plugging in my fps how are more than 60(200+)? I don't know why they made an option that makes games run slower when plug-in and worst than non-plug-in. it so pointless and dumb

Could you please confirm which mode to select under Operating in Armory Crate?
Please try disabling Whisper Mode 2.0 through the "General" section of NVIDIA® GeForce Experience.

Hi @doggoez ,
Please set the Armoury Crate Operating Mode to [Silent] or [Performance] under Battery Mode. 
In NVIDIA GeForce Experience, disable Whisper Mode 2.0.
Afterward, restart the NVIDIA Control Panel, and the Whisper Mode option should disappear. 
Since Whisper Mode is enabled through NVIDIA GeForce Experience, please try the aforementioned steps.

it isn't work tho..., i tried every mode with battery mode and under battery mode
