What i have already tryed:

Hello, @bongfrosch .
May I ask if the random freezing only occurs when playing games?
If it only happens with games, what games do you play?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game after updating to Windows 11?
Please provide the following information for us to better understand the scenario:
- the BIOS version
If the BIOS is not the latest version, 0816, please try to update the BIOS and clear CMOS.
- the content of the setting in BIOS (or whether it is the default).
- the brand and complete model of the memory
It is recommended that you use the memory models in the ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI QVL list to exclude compatibility issues.
- the OS build
Thank you.

Hello, @bongfrosch .
May I ask if you still have the problem of random freezing after returning to the 10 version from Windows 11?
Please try to clear the CMOS to see if the problem can be eliminated.
Please also provide the name of the game where the random freezing occurs, as well as a video of the problem if possible.
Thank you.

Yeah i had the issue with windows 10 and 11 and also dide the CMOS Clearing.
I am pretty sure that this is a Hardware problem, not a Windows or driver issue.
cheers

Hello, @bongfrosch .
To address hardware issues, we recommend either cross-testing the malfunctioning hardware component with other hardware or sending it in for repair and further diagnostics.
Thank you.

Fixed!
My Riser Cable caused that issue.
