TUF CURVED MONITOR not working Asus will not help me.

I bought a 32" curved gaming monitor and it died on me, I spoke with Asus or I tried too talk but the Asus rep did not speak good English. They want me to pay to send this monitor to them. The monitor is still under warranty from Asus until Jan 2024.  As far as I'm concerned Asus support is a total disaster. I bought a full game system from Asus but never again, this system cost me a little over 3500 dollars and now I have no monitor(thanks Asus) this is very unacceptable, Why should I pay to send this to you when it's still under warranty? It should be replaced right at the store that I got it from..... I will never buy Asus again and I will make sure my gaming friends know what happen to me.....
