ASUS Swift OLED ROG PG27AQDM Problem - Vertical line in the middle of the screen

Hi,

After a pixel cleaning( manual or automatic) the screen sporadically looks like it's divided in half by this vertical line. It's really visible on 5% gray and it kind of disappears at 20% gray. Usually it's hard to see this during normal content, but since I'm Windows and Browser In Dark mode see this immediately.

Sometimes, pixel cleaning again solves this but not all the time and I don't want to use it too often.20250116_190504.JPG

 - I'm running the monitor with the DP cable, but I've also tried HDMI and had the same issue.

- The FW is MCM109. Also tried MCM106,107 and 108( no results).

- I've enabled and disabled all the OLED care options( no results)

Is there any way I can get rid of this permanently?

I also had the same problem when I bought it new from the store. When I turned it on, there were white lines on the screen. I used pixel clean, it didn't help, it didn't go away. I sent it in for repair under warranty, but they didn't fix anything. It came back the same. I don't even know what to do in this case.

Make contact with the team @ ROG Care they should be able to help you. Probably best to start your own thread.

Hi @ShoitZzz

I've moved this post to the ROG Care section for you. As Chinese New Year is fast approaching, you may wish to reach out to service for your region instead.
