Mouse Spatha - AC error 12

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to solve the armoury crate error 12 related to the mouse spatha?

After 1 year without using AC gave it a new try, same old stuff...

Installed the AC full install package and choose my asus parts. It recognized the mouse but the page is unavailable, directing to the update page. But every time i try to update gives me this error.

Any ideas?

Hi schurmann,

Have you tried connecting your ROG Spatha with the usb cable to update?

Let the charging dock connected and connect the USB-C to USB-A adapter cable.

Does this get your ROG Spatha updated?

Thx for ur help Nate.

Yes i´ve already done that but it still doesnt update (same error).

Although i've managed to get it to work: 1) Installed and updated the AC (without the spatha connected); 2) Then connected the spatha with the usb cable, and the receiver. AC updated and now I can see spatha page in AC.

But I have a new error... When I shut down or restart the computer it gives me this error:

94535

Every time this error is presented I get 6 errors in event viewer:
- 4x EvID 1000 Application error (all related with spatha)

Even though the error refers to the NVidia Web helper, I think it has nothing to do with the gpu, cause if I remove AC with Spatha, or, have the AC without the spatha connected, it goes away and i dont have those errors in event viewer

Should I RMA the spatha?

Nvidia web helper comes from the Nvidia Geforce graphics driver. If your graphics driver is damaged due to disk cleanup software or antivirus software, you can try reinstalling your graphics driver

I will advise to use DDU
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/1001/wagnard-tools-ddugmptdr-manip...

Then reinstall the driver normally with Geforce experience

If you're overclocking your gpu, reset GPU Tweak III to defaults and see if the error persists.

If you still get the Nvidia Web Helper error, try installing the latest Nvidia driver.

The latest Nvidia driver is 516.94, it was just released today.

No OC in CPU and GPU (only XMP but it is nothing special 3600). Everything is up to date, and i used DDU in the last gpu driver install. If i uninstall AC, or unplug spatha with AC installed, i dont have errors.

Thank you,

Since that didn't work, try resetting the bios to defaults.

Do you still get the error?

Keyb and mouse are ok.The problem is the MB that is RGB (case and EK blocks), but i want it to be red

Hi Nate

Still the same. I give up on AC. I unistalled AC but now the lights are cycling on RGB. How can i make to stick on one coller? Last time i managed to keep ip RED, but this time is RGB. How can i keep it withj one color without AC?
