Keris Wireless Aimpoint Losing Connection

Since I updated the Firmware of my mouse, I get weird connection issues. The mouse just freezes and is unresponsive for about 10-15 seconds. After that it works like normal. This happens very randomly and is only appearing after the last FW upgrade. Any known issues with the new FW? Is it possible to revert back to the old version? It is really annoying... Tried nearly everything. Reinstall of Armoury Crate, Reinstall FW... I use it in wired mode now and no problem so far. Only happens in 2.4Ghz Mode


im sorry but i do not have armoury crate in my pc, and i have no intention of installing it as it might f things up. Im just scared at this point I dont want to see that software running in my pc. Ive also read that armoury crate comes with a bunch of processes/services that bloats the pc. I think my mouse has the default firmware i dont know what version that is

So I decided to give armoury crate a chance since it seems this app does not auto update the device firmware(also to see my mouse battery percentage as I want to keep it at 30%-80% no fully charging or draining it to prolong the battery life).(if it does I will never Install it). For those who want to know what firmware version my mouse has out of the box here it is. my mouse is working superb no issue whatsoever

I have started RMA on my mouse. If I get a mouse with an older firmware, it could potentially solve the issue. Anyway it goes I switched back to my old modded g305.

ASUS has definitely dropped the ball here. Las few years its quality control has been atrocious, especially considering that most products they offer are overpriced

It's a known issue, ASUS is currently working on an update to resolve the issue.

I created this new post to try to get @asus to solve us or at least respond that he is working to solve the problems that many users have with this Keris mouse saga, which after their own Firmware update has ruined our wireless mouse that It disconnects all the time and does not allow it to be used. Waiting for a quick response, thank you

This is a known issue and ASUS is currently working on it.

I don't have an exact time frame but, be on the lookout for an update in Armoury Crate to address the issue.
