ROG Strix Scope NX Wireless Deluxe keeps restarting after firmware update

I've used the ROG Strix Scope NX Wireless Deluxe for a few months without any previous problems, but recently after updating to firmware version 12.22.03, the keyboard randomly turns itself off and on without warning, sometimes up to a few cycles. The issue persists in both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth mode, and it's starting to get really annoying. I would like it to be fixed with an update or be provided with a firmware downgrade, since downgrading is not possible in Armoury Crate. Some help would be appreciated.

Hello thomastse, 

When switching between wired and wireless mode, it's normal for the keyboard to flash off and on. If yours is turning off while you're using it, this is not normal.

A quick fix might be to use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool and reinstall.

In the link below select your operating system, click "Show all" in blue, the uninstall tool is the third download.

Once uninstalled, install Armoury Crate version 3.2.5.2 (first download), then head to the update center and check for updates.

You can let the wireless dongle and cable connected with the switch on your keyboard set to wired mode when uninstalling/reinstalling.
