I received my keyboard on 04/05/2023 and its battery is at 32% after I connected it to my laptop. I tried charging the keyboard according to the instruction, still won't work. I tried to follow the steps on the other post like reinstalling the Armoury Crate, but nothing's changed though.
I thought it was due to the framework probs, but my framework is up to date. And the battery drained if I used it in Bluetooth mode without connecting it to the wire but won't be charged even 1% if I connect it to the cable and set it to wired mode. Are the problem lies with the keyboard itself or is it because of something else?
