Rx 5700 xt rog strix no detectada

Recientemente me compre la Rx 5700xt rog strix oc 8gb y instale el armory crate, sin ningún problema no me tira ningún error, pero cuando voy al apartado Sync aura, me dice q no detecta ningún dispositivo, mi placa solo está con color rojo y prende y apaga el color que puede ser?

Please go to Armory Crate > Settings > Update Center to confirm whether all items on this page have been updated to the latest version first.
If the problem persists, please try using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall it and reinstall via the ROG-STRIX-RX5700XT-O8G-GAMING support page, finish the update again, and reboot.

Meanwhile, according to [Motherboard] Armoury Crate - Introduction, please ensure the Aura application is not installed on your device.
If the Aura application is already installed on your device, please uninstall it before installing or updating Armoury Crate.
