Asus Sent me an used in very bad condition as Rog Strix 4090 OC as replacement

I sent my card to Asus for an RMA when my new Rog Strix 4090 started crashing. However, to my dismay, Asus replaced the graphics card with another heavily worn-out card that had already been disassembled. The screws were stuck, and there were scratches all over it. It is unacceptable that Asus would do this to customers who paid 2000 Euros for a new graphics card. With the help of Asus Global Service, Asus sent me a brand new video card instead of the previous one.
