Alan Wake 2 - Not receiving code

Hi, I'm waiting for my Alan Wake 2 code for 2 weeks. I bought it in Amazon and they are not being helpful to fix the issue, asking me to contact ASUS.

I'm trying to contact somebody in ASUS but no luck. Can somebody help me here?

Please note that you may expect to receive your code within 5-10 working days once your eligibility has been confirmed.

I have the Same problem, but I don’t know wich support I need to contact. I’m also from germany. Didn’t got a code. Got a receipt via pdf, because I bought it online. I answered here because I think it’s easier for reaching out to the support, I don’t know…
