I had an unknown USB device in my device manager and frequently my PC would ping that new hardware was found. After unplugging all my USB devices 1 by 1 I came to the USB that is part of the 'big' cable coming from my Balteus Qi. After unplugging it, no more pinging, no more unknown device but also no more RGB lighting.
I bought my Balteus Qi in 20-7-2020 so it is almost 3 years old, a bit too early to toss it away, I think. In the old days you would reinstall the software for such a device and then chances were good it would work. However now everything is integrated in Armoury Crate (and I have quite some ROG hardware), do I have to reinstall that? Can I uninstall just Qi?
Any tips on how to tackle this?
