TIPS :

If you want to manage the drivers (remove old/unused drivers for example) that you have in your Windows DriverStore
Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

The ROG STRIX Z790-F WiFi BIOS 2301, along with VMD_Intel_v20.1.0.1013, is causing a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) in Windows. Additionally, ME_Intel_v16.1.30.2361 and CHIPSET_Intel_v10.1.19759.8548 are triggering error 38 in the "Intel Management Engine Interface."

CHIPSET_Intel_v10.1.19759.8548 is working without any error codes here. Windows 11 Z790 Apex with BIOS 2402, but i see its already pulled.

The MEI and VMD is showing error code (39)

The installation windows also said NDA build not for public distribution on the Chipset package.

I'm not getting that error after the update, so I don't think it's an inherent problem with the driver. Maybe try installing the driver again? Did you install as admin?

Perhaps it could also be related to having an older version of ME firmware and/or BIOS. Not sure, just my ideas.
