Use Driver Store Explorer (Right click on "Rapr.exe" > Run as administrator).

If you want better interrupts delivery latency
Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column "supported modes") with
MSI Mode Utility (Right click on "MSI_Mode_Utility_v3.exe" > Run as administrator).

Wait so asus as big company they are, not only that they don't include latest drivers on sites of their motherboards. Yet some person has to manage drivers for them in free time and post them on forums? What is this? So i am suppose to search all topics for each driver, or what? Holly... Mokichu is god, mokichu doesn't work for asus right? I don't think... Poor guy is not even paid for this 😕 I am never buying anything again from asus from multiple reasons, this is just tip on the iceberg... I don't even what is going on...

It is something that I can not understand either as a brand with the name it has does not update its page with drivers and we have to investigate and search through forums.

Of course, we must be grateful for the work that the colleague does for keeping all the threads updated and giving support when there are doubts.

yup, it's honestly depressing I feel like asus has abandoned z490, there have barely been any updates on the support page. They might have shifted all their resources to z590 since intel said rocket lake is coming out q1 2021.

I built my PC a couple weeks ago and installed all the drivers from Asus' driver page for my Z490 Maximus Hero XII. Everything seems to be running well... i think. My build.

Should I install these optional driver updates that windows is offering me? Any explanation would be much appreciated. I'm having trouble even finding my current driver versions for these 4 drivers.

Apologies if this post is redundant and has already been covered. Thanks!

These are spurious updates unrelated to your chipset, they seem to be linked to the recent 20H2 Update which is still currently classed as a preview build.
Do not install as conflicts are likely.

Thread updated.

Hey Mr. M

For some resason I can not update this driver? I am following your intructions and still will not update?

Is there another way to install chipset driver?

UPDATE:

This driver is installed, checked in apps and I see the correct driver number. I also checked in the "driver store explorer" but it is not showing the updated driver, still showing the old one? It is also showing the old one when I check in device manager too?

Any advice will help, thanks in advance.
