USB 3.0 Asus Fast Charge

Hi folks! I just bought an Asus G703GI laptop and for some reason I cannot get the Asus USB fast charge plus to work, I connect my Galaxy Note 9 and nothing 😞 am I doing something wrong ? as that should turn into a red flash sign

you re doing nothing wrong, this software went down after an update, same thing here and never got the support to be of any help other than trying to download an older version than the one we have or reinstall the system (wich won't help since i've done it already) or send it to an asus center.....

some people were able to get it to work but no solution worked for my USB CHARGER+ 😞

by the way mine went down at the start of july....
