I just downloaded Windows update a hour ago then after restarting pc i got errors of missing pics for AI but icon was back at bottom. i clicked on it AND IT OPENED! i uninstalled and reinstalled it just for good messure and perfect!:D

Verified! I had delay all updates for 1 month and decided to bite the bullet and try installing the latest AISuite. No longer necessary.
