ACMon Splendid Utility memory leak (of opened handles)

Hello,

I already posted this on https://vip.asus.com/forum/ > graphic card
https://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id=20180108221954248&board_id=9&model=VGA%20Holder&SLanguage=en...
but his forum may be better suited since it's a graphic issue, especially with fullscreen games

My config :
Asus Laptop X751LN-TY042H i3-4030U, Windows 8.1 64bits,
Integrated Intel Graphics+NVIDIA GeForce 840M, DirectX11 main driver version 10.18.10.3496,
Asus Splendid Video Enhancement Technology 3.01.0003, ACMON.exe 1.0.8.0/02 april 2014/58 440 bytes

My 'Asus Splendid Video Enh. Tech.' is up-to-date on https://www.asus.com/fr/support/Download-Center/
(offered download is Splendid_Win81_64_VER3010003.zip which matches my installed version)

Issue :
ACMon.exe seems to have a memory leak with 'Opened Handles' going up to thousands until the computer becomes very slow

Tool to check that :
'Opened Handles' can be seen in Process Explorer 'Handles' column, from Sysintenals (Microsoft) http://www.sysinternals.com/
Also visible in the Windows Task Manager > Details Tab > 'Handles' column

Examples :
An example of a game that increases handles in ACMon.exe, these handles are not closed when the game exits :
h*t*t*p://cdn.gametop.com/free-games-download/Alien_Wars.exe
my installed version of this game is older that the one currently offered, but this is just an example,
I also get this issue with a game named Zuma and another named Baldur's Gate, all of them being fullscreen games...

Workaround :
I have to kill ACMon and restart it.

Note :
It could be caused by my personal configuration
(security apps like Avast Antivirus or Comodo CIS, my Windows config & tweaks, conflicting softwares...),
but it seems unlikely.

This bug is ugly because it does not crash ACMon, but rather slows down the computer if you usually prefer hibernation to computer shutdown.

Is this memory leak (of opened handles) in ACMon known to Asus or any user ?
