Manual mode in Armoury Crate

I am using Asus rog stirx G17

Ryzen 7 5800h

NVIDIA GFORCE RTX 3050 GDDR6 4GB (128bits)

16gb DDR4 RAM

In Armoury Crate there is a manual mode after turbo. here it is asking for values for cpu- "spl" and "sppt" from 0W to 80W for both.
by default both are in 80/80W.
can anyone tell what are the values for normal use and what are values for performance mode and values for overclocking

yo I'm looking for the default watt too. I mean not the armoury crate default watt, but the "original" watt. Got an answer yet?
