Can't shut off my case lighting

My case lights are on whenever my PC is on. I want to shut them off while the machine is in operation but they wont respond to any of the Armoury Crate commands I give it. In fact it is totally unresponsive to any commands I give it using Armoury Crate. I even tried shutting the lights off in bios but no success. What should I do?

Tell us a little more.

Are they ARGB led strip lights and are they connected to the proper motherboard header?

What motherboard do you have?
