Unable to update ASUS framework service and ASUS Core SDK in Armoury Crate 5.8.6.0

Tried clicking Update All and it comes back after downloading and installing.Restarting Armoury Crate or computer does not work.Generated log file here: Log_20240223.logE 

Sound optimization for H3 wireless headphones are not working

Its been over a month but after even a latest  update sound optimization in armoury crate version 5.7.9.0  is still not working. Switching between mods makes no difference.  Reinstalling didnt help, any fix?
