Armoury Crate is not Installing an update

I keep trying to install this Asus Core SDK update but it doesn't install it.

i am trying to update my mouse on the armoury crate but it wont work at all

try and opening up task manager and when you see the program windows installer.. right click then end task. There's been issues with wimdows installer not working properly and not allowing you to update programs.

Three instances of windows installer opened, killed 'em all. No cigar.

Should we even be doing all of this nonsense? shouldn't ASUS be on on top of it? It's been years. I guess I'll just do what everyone is doing, denounce ASUS on every social media platform. 

It's quite clear they don't care, I just hope there are enough people talking about their costumer service and their neglect of thier costumers to hurt their revenue. See if that makes a change.

I also having the same problem. I just want to change my mouse setting but cant need to forced to update which i can't. Did you find a solution?
