Waking up issues

Just built a new computer and I've come across an issue with my Crosshair vii hero wifi motherboard. Whenever I wake it up from sleep it completely disables the wifi and I end up having to shut down the computer all together and restarting it (restart within windows doesn't work either). I did see some other people were reporting some similar issues, is this a known problem with this motherboard?

In power options check and see if in Advanced settings the {Wireless adapter settings} {power saving mode} is set to maximum performance. This should stop the motherboard sending it to sleep and it not waking up from sleep.

Also check
Device Manager then {effected wifi device} then {power management} and untick {allow the computer to turn off this device to save power}.
