Still Can't Get Initial Boot, Any Suggestions?

I have a new build as follows:

1950x on Zenith Extreme with 128 GB of GSKill RGB Trident Z. F4-2933C16Q2-128GTZRX (i.e., the kit specifically slated for the TR)
I have a Enermax Liqtech TR4 240 cooler mounted and plugged into CPU_FAN header.
I have an EVGA GTX1050 card installed (I'm not a gamer), monitor plugged into HDMI port.

Other than that, nothing else connected, for isolation.

I've NEVER yet gotten into bios screen. The system powers up, and the mobo stops on "CPU".
I've let it run for 10+ minutes (no change).
I've flashed through several BIOS versions to no avail, and current have 0801 on board.
I've cleared CMOS via the button and by removing the battery.
I've checked variations of RAM stick configuration.
I've checked for bent CPU pins (none) and reseated the TR.

I'm at a loss as to what else I can try. I have put aside today to troubleshoot, but my RMA return window is closing rapidly, and I can't be out $5k!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks much!

Remove some memory first off reduce it to 32GB see if that works if it doesnt you may need to reseat your cpu. Id boot it at 64GB or 32GB of memory to start and leave it at 2133mhz until you finish install your windows and then play with the setting in the bios it help me out removing mem. i too have the gskill memorry but mine is 3333mhz 128gb mine didnt boot till i removed dropped it to 96gb and then i figured out 2 stick were bad. goodluck. btw....IM ON MY 3RD MOTHERBOARD........

what do you mean closing rapidly ? how long do you have in your country ? all of this is been on the market 4 month top.

europe has 2 year in case something is wrong with a product, don't you get at least one ? if thats the case you still have what 8 month to figure it out.

if it flash the cpu then it mean you install it wrong, just hope you didnt kill it, did you screw it right in its place ?

we all know by know the screwing of the cpu on the zenith is ****, missing some mm on some board (happen to me too) so you have to screw just a tiny bit to get the thread of screw 1, then force it for screw 2 and 3 and do it for only 1mm each too.

you can apply more pressure by taking the board in your laps and one hand on the back.

then when everything is inside by 1mm start the screwing with 1 , 2 and 3.

if you still cant boot further then you likely bend you cpu or something, but its easier to get the board to rma first, tell them it wont boot, if they tell you it does then you will know you cpu is dead.
