I've been running Windows 11 for several months and Device Security was running fine. That is until I updated to version 23H2 build 22631.3155. It now indicates "Standard Hardware Security Not Supported" under Device Security. I updated the bios to version 1802, but it did not help. I found a forum that indicated the following:
The requirements of standard hardware security are as follows, please make sure every one of them has been enabled.
TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are enabled in the bios. The remaining 3 items I couldn't find. Are they supported? If they are, how do I turn them on?

I did some more research and found a MS page that lists the Windows 11 AMD processors. Sadly, 3960X is not in the list. Several other Threadrippers are also omitted. I found another forum that discussed the lack of support for these processors. Nobody knows for sure, but there was speculation that the TPM in the omitted processors has issues. The date on the approved list was 7/25/2023. So, I'm thinking the answer to my question is that the TR 3960X is not supported for Win 11 Device security.
