CPU Max Temp Before Shut Down

I have been having issues on my Zenith Extreme with the latest BIOS with Battle Front 2 Beta where my system either locks up or reboots. The last time this occurred I checked the CPU Temp on the Motherboard LED and it was at 37 C. When the system restarts it doesn't have a BIOS message that the PC was restarted due to CPU temp max being reached. Does anyone know what the max CPU temp is on the latest BIOS before the system shuts down and is there a BIOS message displayed that it reached the max temp?

Based on your problem description, I don't see why you think it is overheating.

On UEFI 0801 OLED v1.00.13 using a profile of 3.9GHz 1.3V, Prime95 29.2 build 4, running custom 12K 12K "run in place" I have seen tDIE of ~70C and no shutdown or throttling, link to screenshot.
