Asus Prime x399 and Ryzen 1950x/Samsung 960 EVO very slow

Hello,
I got problem with asus prime X399 and Samsung 960 EVO 1000GB that are very slow. And all computer on windows 10 seems to be very slow.
the cpu is a RYZEN 1950X with 32gb. Th GPU is a GTX 1080
Bios version is the last 0403
please help

yes all drivers and bios update are done but computer still very slow. i'm very surpise about asus support that not help me at all....

check my post i have the same issue with the 960 pro 2 tb has well, glad its not only my ssd, so its a board issue, even if its not fixe, at least now we know which component is a fault
