ASUS PRIME X399-A BIOS Last Modified freeze & no response, cover fan 75 temp speed

When I click Last Modified at bios will get freeze & no response.
Q fan control Cover fan or CPU fan when CPU temp of 75 is locked to 100 fan speed, It must be fix Cover fan a very very very very very very noisy cover fan!!!!!!!!!!!!
guru3d Cover fan say can set it to T_Sensor_1, but I can not find this setting.

I agree on the fan speed part. Would like very much to see, atleast on the cover fan, a possibility to set the fan to a fixed speed %, instead of the "curve" thingy, that tends to bug out at times.
