Hi
I notice that every time my PC turns on, the Board goes through the Q-LED cycle 2 times.
The start sequence is as follows:
Start from Mains Power off (Cold Start)
Red CPU Light (0.5 Seconds)
Amber DRAM Light (1-1.5 Seconds)
White VGA Light (0 Seconds)
Cycle Restarts
Red CPU Light (0.5 Seconds)
Amber DRAM Light (1-1.5 Seconds)
White VGA Light (2-4 Seconds)
Green BOOT Light (3-5 Seconds)
Boot into Windows.
Start from Mains power On

Cycle Restarts

Amber DRAM Light (1-1.5 Seconds)
White VGA Light (2-4 Seconds)
Green BOOT Light (3-5 Seconds)
Boot into Windows.
The computer will still function correctly after Boot. It Should also be noted that this board does have Q-Code functionality, although the codes displayed are identical in the Q-LED cycle, and the computer remains powered on throughout the entire sequence without shutting down by itself. i.e The fans remain spinning and Fan RGB LEDS remain on.
This also does not occur if the computer is restarted in windows or using the case reset button. *
I suspect the issue with this is applicable to the RAM, as when I was first building this PC, this didn't happen with 2 DRAM sticks, but happens with 2+ DRAM sticks.
The specs for the PC are as follows:
CPU: Intel 10700K i7 CPU
DRAM: Hyper X Fury 2x8 DDR4 RAM - HX426C15FBK2/16 (X2) (*)
Motherboard: Asus Strix Z490-E Gaming
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i (*)
GPU: AsusR OG Strix*GTX1070 8GB (*)
PSU: Seasonic 550W 80+ Gold Semi-Modular PSU (*)
Case: Corsair iCUE 465X
Components marked with a Star in brackets are reused components from an older 2017 build
BIOS Version: 0607 (Originally BIOS Version 0403)
BIOS Settings: Default
XMP: Not Used
Overclocking: No
Any help would be appreciated, but this isn't a critical issue.
