Z390-E GAMING clock issue

Hello there,

I just finished building a new PC with the ASUS ROG Z390-E GAMING motherboard. Everything seems fine at startup except the clock which is off by one hour. At first, I thought it was an issue with Windows 10, but the problem occurs also in BIOS.

To fix the issue for now, I have to go to system setup and reset the time manually to have it correct.

Does anyone have a clue on what I am missing ?

Here are the specs for informations :

- Motherboard : ASUS ROG Z390-E GAMING
- CPU : Intel Core I7 8700K
- RAM : Ballistix Sport LT RED DDR4 2 x 8 Go 2666 MHz CAS 16 DR
- GPU : EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC
- HDD1 : Samsung EVO 860 1TB
- HDD2 : Seagate BarraCuda Pro 4 To

The BIOS is on default settings.

Thank you for your advices !
