So, i have the motherboard Z390-E ROG with using AIO Thermalright Frozen Infinity 240 but there's some issues here, either from my motherboard or the AIO Pump. The AIO isn't work at the first starting, but if i waas trying to get into BIOS and set the Q_Fan sometimes it works but sometimes it didn't, also when i monitoring the fan speed was N/A and if the temperature was at 60*C, the pump is working but somtimes it doesn't work and making it overheat. It occurs when i was shut down, after i was turn it on like a day, after that the problem occurs again.

PSU : Coolermaster Elite Nex 650W
AIO : Thermalright Frozen Infinity 240mm
