Perhaps you could make a sticky for this.
How do I update the BIOS for my STRIX Z370F?

How do I install/apply all the other updates like Chipset and VGA etc?

This might not be all you need but it's hard to explain basic usage in only so few words - posting it anyways in the hope it help you.

Section "3.11 updating BIOS" in your manual for Z370f explains how to update your BIOS.

The rest of your motherboard drivers can be downloaded at https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z370-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/ and installed like you would normally install a pc application.
