Z370-I wifi and bluetooth completely missing

After troubleshooting my CPU, and putting it back into my machine, when I booted up for the first time, my wifi option is completely missing. The wifi antenna is firmly attached to the motherboard.

Updated the following:
- Wireless driver
- Bluetooth driver
- Updated windows
- Updated BIOS

I'm unable to get wifi to show up on my PC and I can't find anyway to turn bluetooth on. Any ideas?

Magically after resetting for the 15th time probably it's back. No clear diagnostic as to what solved the problem. But I updated all the drivers I could think of.
