Z370-G Gaming mATX coil whine

Is it possible that my motherboard have coil whine?
I know my GPU has it, but for testing I removed my GPU from the build so I was using iGPU from i5 8600k.
Then I turned off all fans in my build and coil whine is still there.
There are no other moving parts in my build that could make any noise, but I keep hearing that coil whine.

PSU also isn't a problem here.

So could motherboard cause coil whine from VRMs? Is it possible to RMA motherboard like this?

Okay I did notice that coil whine and high pitched noise only starts when I put some load on my network.
When I run speedtest it gets really annoying. Same when I start downloading some huge files.

It's all very annoying since I often put something to download over night and I can't even fall asleep at that annoying noise coming from PC all the time.

If it is coil whine, there's not much you can do about it. Depending on where it's coming from (if it's the CPU VRM), you can try disabling CPU power saving features. The resonance occurs when there are rapid changes in current demands, and power saving modes generally make it worse. Outside that, I think you'll have to live with it.

I don't think coil whine is coming from VRMs of my CPU ... when I unplug Ethernet cable, there is no coil whine at all.
And I did stress my CPU with aida64 and prime95. It's not making a sound unless I plug Ethernet cable back in.

In that case, I doubt there is much you can do about it. Do you get 'coil whine' even when you're not transferring data over the internet (with the cable plugged in)?

Well if I close all apps, I don't get any coil whine.
But if I let a game run, I will hear coil-whine, since it's still using some data. The more data I use, the louder it will get.

But yeah ... if nothing is using my network, I can have cable plugged in and have no coil whine.
