Might want to go back to the old UEFI build if that worked beter for you. Alternatively, you can take a stab at tuning the memory timings manually. The latter is quite an involved process, so you may want to go the easier route.

Im able to boot with mch full check enabled @ 2800mhz, one thing i changed is the training profile ,inset it to standard profile and I was able to post normally , is the standard profile advisable?
