Z370-E Not Appearing in Aura and Lights aren't on

My motherboards lights were working when I first got it, but after 2 days the lights shut off and it is now not appearing in Aura, I've update my bios, windows, and my chipset drivers. Is there anyway to fix this?

Tried uninstalling Aura and then installing it again?
