I just changed the motherboard from strix z370f to z390f, but after all I installed I found it couldn't boot (no signal) and the led q light was red (on cpu led). even though on z370 everything was fine. i3 8350k 8gb ram 3000mhz, auraflow 120 Thank you in advance.

I don't have your board but since you aren't getting replies I'll throw some ideas out. What have you tried so far? Have you removed the CPU and inspected the socket for bent pins? Any thermal paste in the socket? Etc.

It looks like you have it outside a case so I wouldn't expect any weird shorting issues. That's a start.
