Im bench building a WS z390 Pro and came across some strange behavior.
All components are listed on the QVL list
When I plug in the 24 pin connector and both of the 8 pin CPU connectors the board powers up for about a second the turns off. After selectively unplugging each 8 pin connector the board only fires up (cpu fan spinning, power stays on) with both 8 pin connectors disconnected. There is also a small red LED behind the HDMI/DP connector (not shown on the manual diagram) that goes on. This LED turns off when I plug in either of the 8 pin CPU connectors.
Also interesting is now that it does start up, there's no video signal and the Q code is 00 which appear to be not used.
