9900K OC seems to work quite fine without problematic issues. 🙂

I have been thinking of swapping CPU's from my X Apex and XI Gene, only because of the extra pcie slots, I have a Sound Blaster AE 5 sound card that I really like on my Apex board

Running a 9900K on a Maximus X Hero without any issues.

5.0GHz @ Vcore 1.26, LLC 5 (daily use)
5.1GHz @ Vcore 1.36, LLC 6
Couldn't get 5.2GHz, stopped trying at Vcore 1.45*
Water-cooled with a EK Supremacy and 360 radiator, no temps ever > 80
