Weird menory slot spacing on Maximus XI Formula

Guys I Bought the Maximus XI Formula and I have this:



I don't know if it is me, but I NEVER SAW a memory slot space like that! Check the first slot from left to the right. Very weird.

The thing is that all slots are working normally. I am upgrading from a maximus viii formula and even using that same ram I don't have this issue.


Same RAM on M8F

I checked multiple images and videos of this board and none of them had this weird spacing. Does anyone have ever heard of this odd issue? I guess this QA/QC control issue.

Hard to tell from the image. Is the DIMM fully seated, and the heat spreader isn't fouling the caps?

Yes the ram is fully seated, I tested multiple times. Again all slots are working, despite this weird issue.
